Me

My name is Chris Wiseman, and aside from my interest in programming, I spend most of my spare time playing videogames and hanging out with my wife and cats.

My past

I spent quite a bit of time in post-secondary education at Dalhousie and Saint Mary’s studying everything from engineering and sciences to business. My indecisiveness got the better of me and eventually I wound up at New Brunswick Community College studying internet application development. While at NBCC I learned predominantly .NET technologies including but not limited to SQL, C#, ASP.NET, ASP MVC, and Windows Forms Applications. I also spent some time learning PHP, Java, business communications, and object oriented principles.

My present

Currently:

• Living in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia
• Building a better WordPress environment with Docker, Bedrock, wp-cli and Timber
• Playing Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, Dark Souls 3, and Rocket League
